Does Vodafone know when the Android 6 update for the Samsung S6 Edge+ will be released?

My work phone, HTC M8, which is about 2 years old, got this update 3 weeks ago, but not my S6.

A bit strange that an older model of phone gets the update before the newest  model.

Typically new firmware is released in waves after Vodafone have tested and possibly tweaked it so it does not clash with their branded phones or network. 

Its a case of keep checking your software update settings in the phone I'm afraid.

There's another thread about this that suggests that the update is starting to roll out now.   It'll be done in batches, so you should just need to hang on.
