Hi all,
I've recently ported my personal vodafone number to the corporate vodafone account of the company I now work for.
I need to re-register my number on my sure signal box, but cannot access my vodaphone account anymore (it displays a different number for the security code to be sent to for secure login).
I can't create a new account as the site says my number is already registered.
Customer service say they can't help as it's a corporate account. Company team say they don't have any control over sure signal boxes and have never come across this issue.
Not sure if it is just a case of needing my number to be de-registered from my old account so that I can create a new account.
Any suggestions?

From previous answers in regards to not being able to access an account to deregister and re register then Customer service can help with this. 191 or Live Chat.
It's sometimes beneficial to ring back as some agents have a better working knowledge than others.
