I have been trying to add users to my Sure Signal since 26 Aug 15 (device was re-registered on 25 Aug 15- changed telephone number).
Despite help given by VF Chat team, I end up with an error message
Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004.
Yesterday (28Aug 15), the 'Chat' specialist suggested I contact 191. Gave up after a 23 minute wait.
I have reset the Sure Signal device and it appears to be working (1,2,4 lights Solid green) although not with my phone (Samsung Galaxy Core Prime). The numbers I wish to add did connect to the Sure Signal under my previous registeration.
Has anyone found a solution to resolving a 500, 2004 error
