Added My Family to Broadband number

Hi,

Just created an account with my USB Dongle phone number and added My family, not realising that I couldn't add my PAYG mobile number to the account, can I retrieve the My family set up to my Mobile number account if I set this up now?

Is it possible to add my PAYG Mobile number to original account?

It would be easier if Vodafone allowed the addition of numbers on different devices to an account, as you could manage them all from one sign in.

Firstly, a very warm welcome to the eForum Family, it's always great to see new faces on here :).

When you created the Vodafone Family group on your Mobile Broadband account, did it actually complete? As I wasn't aware that it even gave you the option to do this with Mobile Broadband accounts due to Vodafone Family giving free calls.

If it hasn't completed then you'll simply be able to create a new Family Account on your PAYG mobile number. If it has completed then we'll need to look into this further for you. Just reply to the email I've sent you and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
