Hi
I have two SureSignals and rely on them to get any signal. Last year I had one blow up on me and Vodafone was kind enough to replace it. Since then, I understand the CEO has advised that all SS3s which suffer from this issue should be replaced.
Unfortunately, the same thing has happened again. On this occasion I was out of the house when the failure occurred so I missed the bang, but the face of the power socket the SS was plugged into is covered in soot.
Can one of the Mods help me out please?
Thanks.

Hi Lee
Thanks for your reply and your concern. Yes - it's unplugged. The soot on the face of the socket it was plugged into was alarming enough to warn me that the SS had no future near any electrical power.
Appreciate the warning.
