must of been magic then, shame the suresignal doesn't work with the new HTC one

well it doesn't work with my one, i've registered the mobile number on my account and nothing, does not connect. my sure signal is up now how often should it register to your servers ?

Hi michaelsan, 

Try deregistering the number that uses the HTC One, leave for 24 hours and then reregister. 

There is no set time for how often your Sure Signal registers with our servers, if it has been a while we can resync it to bring it up to date.

ok i'll give it a go

i get the following when trying to connect the HTC, get 5 bars on insitially powering the phone then loose signal completely and never get it back again, i removed the HTC from my suresignal box and get 3g signal up to 2 bars, hence the reason for having a sure signal box.

is this a problem with htc or the suresignal, as on doing a search on google this seems to be a problem with compatability
