Hello.
This seems to be a popular theme.
Any useful suggestions would be appreciated. I have spent literal hours on hold waiting for help via phone and even wasted time on an online chat with a most unhelpful operative, so am either in desperate need of a working Sure Signal V1 or a new service provider to replace Vodafone.
Happy to buy a new Sure Signal, but stores don't have them and the site won't sell them. ARGH!
Looking forward to words of wisdom.

Hi Laura
I've been through the lot - and spent considerable time with Vodafone and BT trying to resolve it too. Hopefully you can help - all help gratefully received.

New power supply fixed it. Normal service resumed. Many hours wasted with Vodafone and some with BT trying to work out what was wrong.
It looks like there are enough of the same errors appearing for Vodafone to have been aware and provide a fix. We are helping the network by using the Suresignals and routing traffic through our own broadband connections. The alternative is to leave the network, so maybe they should be a bit more proactive.

Hi @ictuser
Please make sure that the IPSEC has been selected on the router setting.
If this doesn’t help, let us know what light sequence you can see.
Cheers,
Laura
