Anyone have information on an outage in the Mintlaw AB42 area?

Broadband has been down for over a day now. Per CS the problem is being dealt with by Openreach and affects 142 peoplei.. The BT exchange is Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire. I can find nothing on any of the web sites that show outages.I have rung CS 3 times and they have no update. I just want to know if there is a real problem and how long it will take to fix.

You'll need to contact our Broadband team - either via Live Chat, or over the phone as you have been doing to get any updates on the work being completed. I understand this can be frustrating, as its Openreach doing the maintenance and we might not have a specific timescale, so I apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

Everything is fine now. A guy from Tech Team 2 fixed the problem.
