Apple unlock

Hi, I requested a nuc code a couple of days ago to unlock my iPhone 6s which I had for 2 years on contract with Vodafone since I just received my upgrade. I got an email this morning saying that the phone was unlocked I was to just insert a non Vodafone SIM card and follow the instructions which I did but it’s still saying no signal. Does it take a couple of days to actually unlock after I have received the email?

Hi @ShannonCCx there have been many questions raised about that email as often when its sent the phone hasnt been unlocked, it can take up to 30 days for the unlock to happen as Vodafone send the request to Apple who then process it. Keep tryin a non vodafone sim in and if its not worked by 30 days come back here for more help.
