Awesome! SimSwap Doesn't Work!

Got my shiny new iphone today!  Even made sure i'd preordered a new micro sim.

Guess what, Sim Swap doesn't work!  When I click on it, it just loops me back round to my acccount page- endlessly.

Can someone help?

Please try using a different browser or device to activate your new SIM.

Alternatively, please call 191 or 03333 040 191 and one of our Customer Service advisers will activate it for you.

I called this number and followed numbers for sim swap she just told me to go online and then said goodbye and hung up. I need to talk to someone? As I have given details to an email address to and they said they weren't right.

There can be a delay if we’re busy.  Leave the window open for a minute or two, and Live help should become available.
