Hi, i've not been able to log into My Vodafone for the full length of my contract. I'm now due an upgrade and would prefer to do so online, but can't do this without accessing my account. Ive tried resetting my password and also the live chat tried to do this for me but still no further forward. Is there any way around this, maybe if i re-register? If not then i will be cancelling my contract shortly. Cheers

We can help get you back into your My Vodafone if you email us here.
You should then be able to do your upgrade online.
