Mobile contract ended ages ago still reporting to credit agencies as active and not closed

I have tried speaking to Vodafone advisors who seem to have no idea what I’m talking about! My contract ended sometimes early last year with yourselves and you are still reporting to credit agencies as active and not closed. Please can you help to resolve this matter ASAP!
