• Hello ! My account has been closed more than 1 year ago, £0 balance on account. You are still reporting to credit reference agencies that the account is active, and not closed and Settled. Please can someone help me from the Forum Team to get me in touch with the correct department to have my account 'closed and settled' with all credit reference agencies? Thanks.

Yes @giorgianab it is usual for credit reference agencies to report positive and negative on closed account for up to six years.  There is information available from the credit reference agencies.

If this is not you are referring to contact the Social Team through social channels here Contact Us and they will be able to put you in contact with the Team who will solve this for you.

Thank you for your reply. But my account is still active. Yes, is normal to have the history of my closed accounts, my Vodafone contract seems that is reported like an active one. I change over de last 6 years more providers, but the problem has been only with Vodafone...
