BBM wont renew (suddenly not in price plan?)

Hello,

I recently topped up £10 on my blackberry curve 9300.

I have the vodafone Text & Web freebee active, and have received the confirmation text.

Usually i phone 40035 and pay the extra £5 for BBM services, but for the last 2 times, it says 'Sorry, the Blackberry Internet Service is not available on your price plan', or something similar.

This is getting annoying as i usually have to visit the local vodafone store 20 miles away to get this sorted every 30 days.

Any help appreciated

I'm having the exact same problem every month I top up £5 and get 30 days of bbm now it says it is not in my price plan can anyone help me on how to solve this?
