Hi I had topped up £5 for my BIS and it says it had took the £5 and it had been added to my account , but it hadn't worked so I checked my credit and my £5 had not been takin, I rang 40035 and it had said that I can't access black berry internet because of my price plan, and it has been over 24 hours and still keeps on saying that, can you help please?
