Is it still showing 1,2,4 lit, and no 3g getting to your phone?

It has been suggested on another thread (so maybe worth a go)

Go through the forced reset procedure as above, and at the point of removing the power cable, also remove the network.

And keep the network unplugged for the rest of the procedure.

Once it has booted back up, after 10-15 minutes put the network cable back in.

I have no idea what this does to fix it, but people are saying it has worked for them.

I changed to BT infinity Hub 4 approx a month ago and my VSS was working fine. Since then I have had various drop out issues with the Internet so got onto BT tech team who made some remote changes to the Internet. Since then, the past 3 days my VSS does not work. I have been passed between Vodafone and BT, Vodafone say I need to open various ports etc, BT say it is automatic and they can't open these ports for me. I have no signal at all without the VSS and don't know where to go from here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello

I write in desparation as I have read probably all of the responses on the web re the BT/ Suresignal issues but still I can't get the thing to work.

I have a BT HH4.

I have turned smart setup off.

I have attempted to put the relevant settings into the port forwarding setup (I'll post a pic shortly).

The trace oftenasked for is this
