My recently acquired Signal VF keeps disconnecting from my IPhone 5. Can anyone help, please?

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

@hadleymike - Thanks for the trace route, this looks all OK.
As you’re using the BT HomeHub, make sure that the Smart setup is turned off.
If you’re still having the same issues, let us know the Vodafone Sure Signal serial number?

Hello,
I've turned my Homehub's smart set-up off - but my Sure Signal keeps disconnecting my Iphone 5C after a short period of time/doesn't reconnect automatically.
As requested, my Sure Signal serial number is : 43151605052
Please can you help me resolve this issue.

I've turned my Homehub's smart set-up off - but my Sure Signal keeps disconnecting my Iphone 5C after a short period of time/doesn't reconnect automatically.

It’s also worth monitoring if this is happening at certain times of the day, to check if there’s a pattern.
