My recently acquired Signal VF keeps disconnecting from my IPhone 5. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks for providing us with all of your information.
Your upload speed is lower than we'd expect to see, you'll need to speak to your Internet service provider with regards to this.
Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.
It's also worth trying another Ethernet cable so we can rule out the connection as the problem.
