BT hub 5 (business) on Infinity and Vodafone Sure Signal

I have just spent two hours perusing the net as well as logging into my router, changing cables, trying to 'port clamp' etc etc

 

Please can someone give me a definitive answer;

 

Does Sure Signal work with the BTHub 5 on Infinity?

 

if not, fine, I'll need to change my mobile contract.

 

If yes, please can someone IN LAYMAN'S TERMS explain how to get this to work.

 

(I suspect that VSS and Infinity can't work together)

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.
