BT79 - County Tyrone

1) no service in the BT797 area, service restores 5-10 miles from base station.

2) BT797 region

3) Multiple handsets with no service in area, service restored when the next base station is picked up.

4) Phones show bars on screen but error "not registered on network" displays when trying to make a call. Same thing happened for several days last month before Vodafone fixed the problem.

5) There is only 2G service here

6) Started Sat 16th Sept around 1pm

7) Issue is permanent until Vodafone fix it!

Just had a look at your postcode in the Vodafone Network Checker @michaelmcnamee and notice that local masts are showing no issues but on zooming out on the map some surrounding masts are at issue, which can sometimes affect other masts if Vodafone are re routing network traffic to compensate. A person can Register for Updates using the link. 

Also the Network Checker indicates the postcode is a fringe area.
