I have had a very bad experience with Vodafone I got a new fone from my sister and she has forgot her password I want to remove her iCloud and apple require proof of purchase I filled the form online but apple have refused it as it doesn't show where I purchased the phone from monthly cost and serial number of phone and the proof of purchase they leave online is just a typed document they want a proper receipt. Please help as I need this proper document why cant I get a copy of my contract which shows which mobile u have date purchase etc

This is nothing to do with Vodafone, they did not sell you the phone and the proof of purchase will be with your Sister.

This will be your Sister's icould account and she will need to remove the account to enable you to register.

If your Sister follows the information below, she will be able to follow the forgotten password information and deregister her account.
