Now TV offer - Pass not showing

I have just been told by a chat agent that NOW TV pass is nolonger available. I changed my sim only to 16Gb red entertainment bundle with the option of one of three passes only to find out I can't now get the NOW TV pass. I do not understand why it is still being advertised only the main website!! I changed my deal on the 15th April and managed to get the Now TV pass but it got deleted after the 25th April.

If you have been told by a Vodafone advisor that Now TV is no longer offered as an entertainment option, you have been given very poor advise and incorrect information and that is shocking Customer Service.

 

If you have upgraded to a new SIM only contract where an entertainment package is offered, you have the choice of Spotify, NOW TV or Sky Sports.  Looking at the 16GB entertainment SIM only you mention, this is indeed offered.

 

The best thing to do is to have a further live chat, you may get a better trained and knowledgeable advisor.  If you find do not get the correct advise, please come back to the forum.
