I have downloaded the Barclays Mobile Banking App onto my Vodafone Smartv First 6 but it just won't open. I've been in contact with Barclays and they have de-registered from my old handset but can't tell me why the app won't open on my new handset. Any ideas?
It would be worth asking the Barclays helpdesk that. I've had the odd app incompatibility, but tha's always come up at the download stage. As a matter of iinterest, does the app want you to be on mobile data rather than wifi (for security) during the setup stage, and are you? Some of the Vodafone apps want that, which is why I ask.
The Barclays apps don't care about Wi Fi or mobile data. This is a very odd occurrence. I've installed their two apps on a variety of devices and operating systems and never had an issue.
