Bbm not working

hy how are you ?i hope you will be fine i have tried to install bbm on my device bold 9900 vodafone but i could not install bbm as it shows the blue screen showing setting up bbm how to resolve this issue ???my yahoo id is (removed from security)

try deleting bbm app and then download again from blackberry world.

Be sure to check to see if there are any software updates ready for your phone. If you're unsure how to do this, come and check our online manuals. 

It's also a good idea to make sure there's plenty of free memory for the updates and app to run.
