I have a samsung s4 mini and this month I have noticed that everytime I send a text message with a smiley in it it changes to an MMS and then I am being charged for it, which is out of my unlimited texts/minutes plan. This has only just started happening. I think it has been since I had a software update on my phone. Is this supposed to be this way now? Can we not send smilies in texts anymore?! Can anyone tell me why?
