Being overcharge to mobile.

Good Evening Sir/ Madame,

Please be advised that you network seems to have irregular charges when it comes to foreign mobile

(Removed for security)  accessing you network.

The balance on my phone after I toped up  was £13, subsequently to this I recieved 3 calls I didnt answer and 69p was deducted for one call but then 89 p for the other 2, which left me with a balance of £9.90 ( so the maths do add up here). 

I sent to 2 tex messages and made 2 calls as well as recieved 1 call and to my astonishment my balance reached less than £2.

Please can someone explain these irregularties to me and why I am being charged there overwhelming high fees.
