Blackberry Q10 - Voicemail icon on Phone page has disappeared

When I select the Phone handset icon and go to the phone / calls page, the Voicemail icon that was at the top (where there are 4 quick dial icons) has disappeared.  Not quite sure how I did it!?  How can I get it back?

I fixed it!!!

After reading several internet posts about how you had to wipe your phone I held my fingers down on the icons at the top and a menu popped up to the side!

It gave me the option to add Voicemail!

Hoorah!!!

A happy accident!  All fixed!  :0)
