Better upgrade deals at carphonewarehouse

Im just looking at the upgrade deals vodafone have offered me ..

How is it that the carphonewarehouse can offer me a better deal on Vodafone ..... than vodafone themselves ?

 

I thought as I've been loyal to vodafone I'd get a better deal !!!!!

Why is the service from Vodafone going down the pan ..... it seems like they don't care about there customers at all.

There was a massive article in the Daily mail pointing out the lack of customer services ....... Giff Gaff .... Tesco and O2 came in front of Vodafone in customer satisfaction surveys ......

Will Anyone from Vodafone responed !!!!!!!!!

Yet again vodafone fall short of the mark.......
Phoned last week for a returns bag to return my upgrade handset as I don't like it ....... I was told there'd be a bag in the post for me by the end of the week. ...... One week later. ...NO RETURNS BAG ...... I phoned yet again. ..... I was told ..... due to a systems error the bag hadn't been sent out. .......I should get it by the end of this week ......

What the hell is going on at vodafone. ..... its an absolute joke ..... rest assured I will be leaving vodafone. .... the customer service is pathetic. .......

Vodafone weren't like this when I joined up ......
Why has the service gone down the pan !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My partner and father will be following suit ......
