1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Very little signal in and outside. At least half a mile away sees a better signal.
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Happening for 3 different mobiles with Vodafone Sims.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Just a very poor signal and only edge data connection.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
Signal not strong enough for 3g/4g
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Last few weeks
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Hi @Rickyhall11, I can see our Engineers are currently completing maintenance in your area.
You can monitor the progress of this on our network status checker under 'Planned maintenance'.

Strange - when I check that link there is no planned maintenance or otherwise?

@Rickyhall11 - When you check the network status checker please then select the 'Network status' tab and then 'Planned maintenenace'. If you enter your post code, it will show when this is expected to be completed by.
