Bill not equal to Useage

We got a PAYG mobile internet device earlier today, it came with 500mb of data for the first 60 days, this was gone within minutes and since then me and my partner have both topped it up by £10. It says we have used 1GB of data, and says we have £5 of credit remaining, however we fail to see where the other money we topped up has gone as it never went into the data queue where this is currently £5. 

As we were trying to top up by £15 to get the 2gb data allowance but were not allowed either times to actually purchase a £15 top up we are now confused and let down, it is impossible to find how much data we have remaining and also where all the data is going. Worse still I feel we have been cheated out of money by not actually letting us purchase the slightly better data bundles. 


Any help would be much appreciated. Sam

There isn't a way of monitoring your usage with the Top up and Go Broadband dongles at the moment, apart from the amount of credit you have going down.

 

I have popped you a PM if you could reply back I'll take a look as why you're having issues trying to obtain 2GB of data allowance.
