I have lost my email access on my Curve 9720 and I'm unable to access the server to register again and reset my email address.
it seems that all settings have been lost, anyone out there that still knows Blackberry and how to activate my Blackberry ID?

Hello @Skyeblue and Welcome to the eforum.
Does the Device Guide for your phone model help in anyway.
If not then an avenue to try is Live Chat from a Computer and or Customer services.

Neither was useful, the live chat in particular, that fell down on the first instruction given which clearly wasnt for this phone model.
Problem seems to be that there is not much Blackberry knowledge in Vodafone now. Blackberry guides no use as the problem seems to be network specific.
I haven't yet found a device guide on the Vodafone site for the 9720

The Live Chat Agent or Customer support by telephone on 191 should have all the information to hand from I assume information pages.
If you press on the 'Device Guide' in my earlier post does that take you to a relevant guide ?

Sorry, the 9720 guide is on the website but it doesnt cover the problem I have.
when I go into Blackberry ID the message is ' unable to retrieve Blackberry ID account info'
I have web access but the email access has been lost

Ah I see.
Im sorry but my knowledge on Blsckberries and Connected Services is a little basic. I'm aware of somethings like Resetting a Blackberry ID via Here and BIS etc.
Hopefully another member more knowledgeable than me can assist / troubleshoot further for you.
