Blackberry Torch 9800 MMS settings and more

Hi there from a new PAYG customer.

I'm trying to send MMS messages and set up the internet connection for my Blackberry Torch 9800.

I can get onto the internet via my BT hoptspot at home but need internet access when away from hotspots. I texted "WEB" to 40127 on several occasions but never get a reply. Have also phoned customer services who gave me some info but stiil no luck. Tried "live chat" today but kept getting cut off.

So in desparation guys, where do I go from here?

It sounds like you need BIS (BlackBerry Internet Services). See here for ways you can add this to your account :).

Thanks for the info, well sort of.

So another £5 a month to be able to send MMS and get on the web on top of my £10 a month top up? And I'm only getting 250mb of data in the £10 a month.

Might as well give up on the Blackberry/Vodafone package and keep using my old Noika C1 on O2 - £10 a month inc. 500mb data package and I can send/receive MMS and no problems with web access.
