Blackberry Z10 yellow triangle on screen

Just wondering i need to contact vodafone by a normal land line to try and sort my phone out, a yellow triangle has appeared on the front screen with an error bb-0015 underneath it i have been told by the shop to ring but not sure of number

You may be able to recover the handset yourself.  Take a look here at the troubleshooting on BlackBerry's website.

Hi i have tried this way but the blackberry link firstly wouldnt recognise that my phone was contected to my laptop and secondly the blackberry link didnt support my phone even though it was the download for the OS 10 which is what my phone is, but thank you for you help
