Having searched the forum for an answer does the statement from 2008 still apply, that there is no method of blocking incoming calls or texts from withheld or no Calling Line Identity Numbers.?
Eforum link refers.

Hi @Eastonboy
It still applies, Vodafone can't block withheld numbers at network level. The best thing to do is to ignore the call, there is no obiligation to answer. There is additional information been added on the link below.

Unfortunately not.
I'm not aware of any apps available that would do the job either.
Back in the day I used to jailbreak my iPhones which then would allow it via a tweak.
Problem.nowadays is telephone calls come in from Dr's surgeries etc that have unknown numbers.
May I ask are you have any issues connected with this. Vodafone do have help and support pages and the option of changing your mobile number.

A further option for a person to utilise is the TPS Service.
How effective it is can be based on ones opinion.
