I've had a check on the postcode in your profile and can see that the coverage does not appear to be great for 3G services. I know that this differs from the
Vodafone Coverage Checker online as this states you should be getting some level of 3G coverage. I've done a bit of digging and it looks like the original 3G site that served the area was taken down a few months back and replaced with a new site at a different location. It looks like our online coverage viewer has not been updated to reflect this change yet, I have fed this back to our IT teams to get this changed.
I know that this does not fix the problem for you, but hopefully that gives you a clear answer of why the service has dropped off.
