Broadband Router Delivery

Hi.
I ordered a broadband package a couple of days ago and recieved my confirmation etc. One email said the router would come in 1-2 days and another said it would be closer to the activation date so about 10 days. Which of these is true??

Confusing I agree. 

 

The T&C and help and support pages don't seem to clarify either. 

 

I would suggest calling the Broadband Team. 

 

08080 044 848 for broadband (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week.

Yeah, with other providers in the past I have found the router tends to arrive closer to the activation date. I'll give them a call and see what they say

I'm not with Vodafone Broadband myself but I tend to agree the router usually arrives just before activation date.
