Broadband intermittent

I have Vodafone Home broadband and use my own router, a Belkin wireless modem router model N600 DB, connecting by WiFi to desktop PCs and iPads/iPhones. I have had this service for some years, originally as a Demon Internet customer. The broadband internet works fine for long periods on all devices but experiences periods of a day or so where it is intermittent and no broadband signal is present, as shown by router status lights. Normally the broadband can be restored by turning the router off and on again. It does not seem to be a general BT or Demon (as was) network problem, as can be determined by checking their network status.

Recently the problem has become worse and is now more than an occasional nusiance. Hlep on fixing this would be appreciated. I can't find anything useful on the Vodafone support site.

(I have also posted this question on network queries without success, perhaps this was the wrong forum hence this post.)
