Just to share my woes.. was eagerly looking forward to joining vodafone fibre broadband top services.
about a fortnight ago I placed an order on the website after it told me that the service was available. Exactly one week later I received a voicemail message stating that fibre was not available at my address. To which I spoke to the sales team and was told yes it definitely is available and that they will place the order again.
well one week later it has happened again.. the dreaded voicemail again telling me it's not available.
would have been great to become a member but looks like I will just have to be happy with my plusnet fibre connection.
a nearly vodafone fibre customer..
