Anyone had problems with business account upgrades?
I placed an upgrade order for our company 16/08/16. Since then vodafone have only delivered part of the order (4 S6's, one of which was faulty) and still not delivered 2 HTC's. Online chat and 191 calls have not resolved the issue other than having the brand new faulty S6 replaced by a recon one. They have lied for weeks about availability of HTC handsets and it transpires there is an issue between vodafone and HTC.
I have been promised daily that they are on their way. I have been promised that the return was organised. I have been told they were ordered, that they weren't ordered, that they were delayed by weather. Bascially nothing was actioned at all. I spoke to someone this morning and they were supposed to get a supervisor to ring back within an hour. They should have rung back over 4 hours ago,
This is 3 weeks of complete incompetence. Anyone know whether Vodafone are likely to actually sort this out or am I going to be cancelling all our business phones? Any ideas that may help?
Thanks.

Hi @acornworks
Your business account manager should be able to help and ask specifically if the phones are In-Stock or not.
I appreciate your frustrated over this.
Things can sometimes go wrong which I'm sure many accept, but then it's ultimately down to how it's put right that then counts ,and instills confidence back into the product and service.
Communication is Key.
Please do take into consideration that not every Network provides the same signal strengths and Data Speeds everywhere, and in the same area. I assume to this point Vodafone have overall supplied a useable Service. Moving Networks may affect this.

We've not had a Business Account Manager in over a decade as far as I can remember.

Hi @acornworks
This won't be something which can be answered on the forum. This means you are going to need to contact the Business Team direct for account access. They will be able to locate the order, get the faulty phone replaced and the remaining phones delivered.
You can do this by following the link below and selecting business.

That's excactly what I've been doing since 16/08. I have wasted literally hours and hours over the last 3 weeks trying to resolve this. I have been constantly told 'it should be with you soon' when they are not in stock, haven't been in stock, and there is no idea when they will be in stock.
We have been to a store. I've spoken to god knows how many departments on 191 and via vodafone chat. The missing phones do not exist, we can't have them, but we are paying for them. The faulty phone only took two weeks to get incorrectly swapped for a 2nd hand one. It's a complete farce.

Ok @acornworks
This eforum is owned and monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name. All posts are read by them.
Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch.

I'm afraid that you will need to persist with them - unfortunately this forum only deals with consumer accounts so the eForum Team won't be able to help as AnnS rightly says.

Oh well, it was another avenue to try.
I'll be closing our business account and going elsewhere.
Thanks anyway.

Hi @acornworks
I completely understand your frustration at this.
I'm afraid this Vodafone eForum cannot look into or help with Business contracts. To have this looked into please contact our Business Team through calling 03333 040 191 (standard call charges apply).

Hi
That's fine, I understand.
I have been speaking to plenty of Business team people via 191 over the last few weeks and got nowhere.
Once I have a reply to my letter sent to the Chief Exec I shall decide whether we continue with Vodafone or not.
