Yet again your website won't let me buy £5 Vodafone Extra Texts. When are you going to sort this out? The phone app doesn't go through the same process and offer the same as the website does. Every time I want to buy the £5 text bundle I have to go through help online which is very inconvenient. Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like I'm being punished because I only spend £5 a month!

@JulieMay Have you had any joy calling 34440 to buy an Extra Texts? See https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/benefits/extras/index.htm?payg-extras for the short-dial codes for buying the various Extras.
Generally I've found that logging in to my online account also works. If you regularly have this problem, I'd guess there is some minor glitch on your account, so asking Live Chat or CS to have a look at your account for a problem might be worthwhile.
Depending a bit how many texts you actually use over a 30-day period, it's possible that you might find the new £5 Big Value Bundle better value?
