Cant receive calls after porting number from 3. ‘Robot’ customer services keep saying they have done it when they haven’t. Regret joining vodafone

Most definitely sounds like a Split Port.
Customer Services on 191 need to escalate this to the Porting In Vodafone Teams.
That or let the Social Media Team here catch up with your post and I'm sure they'll help you with this situation if they can.
