1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
It is happening in all of the places I usually would have signal. At home, at work and outside.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Have not tried this as my boyfriends phone is having the exact same problem
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
I have had no service about 95% of the time over the past 2 days. Sometimes if there is signal, it is 1 bar and only there for a short time and when trying to send a text, it won't sent. I have just received an important text which was sent 7 hours ago!
