1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? - 500M
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here. LN7 6TA
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? - YES
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? - No signal
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? - ALL
6) When did you first notice this issue? - over a week ago
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? - Permanent
Signal used to be great - 4G inside the house - now nothing - rubbish

Hi
Your local and surrounding masts are showing no reported issues. And your signal is induvated to be giid where you live but isnt guarantered.
This link provides the information > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/
I see you've used another phone and when you commute away things improve.
One of the Vodafone Team will be able to more closely look at your masts. They'll respond to your post here.

@STCOM - I’ve checked the coverage in your area, and as @BandOfBrothers said above, you should get signal at home. However if you zoom out, you can see it’s a little patchy around the area.
Your serving site is working fine, so we’ll need to look into this further if this is a new issue.
I’ve sent you a private message with instructions on how to get in touch.

@STCOM - Further to our recent emails, we’ve received an update from our Network engineers and they’ve been unable to find any issues in the area.
They’ve ran tests checking the traffic and performance on your local site and everything is performing consistently and as expected.
If the issue you’re having is mostly with the indoor coverage, you could buy a Sure Signal to use at home, as this would provide you with 3G.
