Next to no signal - Carlton

Can you tell me why I have next to no signal in Carlton north Bedfordshire!

I have a Samsung S 8 & it was the same on my iPhone 5s & my mum's old Nokia 3610!

I'm paying £38 a month for what ??.

As a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that maybe at issue can you try your sim in another phone and another sim card In your phone @Rhino1971
