Hi team
I have asked for a call back THREE times and have heard nothing - close to a month's wait. Very poor service.
I have had issues with my Samsung Galaxy Note Edge since I got it, I attempted quick fixes on the advice of the retail stores unfortunately to no avail.
I alerted the team who told me the device was now outside its returns period, when I queried this I was promised a call back from a manager - this never arrived, I have now requested this another two times and still heard nothing.
Can someone please help me!!??
