Calls going straight to voicemail

Hi

I have had my iphone 6 for 2 weeks, I was with O2 and moved over to Vodafone, but people keep ringing me which is not going through to my phone, even though I have a full signal and not on the phone.  It is happening a lot, the person calling will get my voicemail straight away.  But I do not have a missed call message or a voicemail message.  This is happening at work, at home and on a train platform yesterday!  My partner called 6 times and not one of them connected and came through to my phone.  I have also tried to make calls to people which has not connected at all.  Is this the phone or network?  I moved from O2 because of signal issues I had, and now I have this with Vodafone!!

Hi Mandmands

Since the issue is happening in multiple areas and you have a new phone and SIM it sounds like your port has not completed properly, it works by multiple files being sent over from the old network (a different file for incoming and out going calls, SMS etc) and there could be either a delay or an issue with one of those files.

I had a similar issue before where outgoing calls were fine but all incoming calls went to my old O2 phone causing much confusion :smileywink:

A member of staff spoke to a team i think was called Porting Support and it was resolved the next day.
