These two errors have started to pop up anytime I want to use my camera meaning my camera is useless now. I have done factory reset and also ran the phone in safe mode but no difference. I've done the force stop and cache clear in application manager and in the boot up menu. Still the same. Anyone advise on any other possible cures or is this terminal?
Hi, sounds pretty terminal to me, how old is the phone? If its still under warranty then contact Vodafone or the manufacturer to arrange a repair. The manufacturers tend to be have more leway when it comes to repairs.
Only had since January so 6 months old. Been the worst phone for problems I've ever had. I'll try and contact vodafone as I'm away on holiday at the moment. Cheers for the reply
As 63Johnw said in his post, it is often best to go to the manufacturer as they have a lot more leeway when it comes to repairs. I've taken my phone to Samsung before, and they were pretty good. When you get back, contact your nearest Samsung Repair Centre and arrange a repair through them.
