Can't connect samsung nc10 to 3g

I bought this to replace my stolen advent netbook , I put in my new vodafone sim but am unable to connect to 3g . trying to connect through windows I get as far as registering computer on the network then I get an error message stating error 720 a connection to the remote computer could not be establihsed you might need to change some network settings for this connection . Using Samsung connection manager I get a "not a valid service area" message in the connection manager . Samsung and Vodafone technical support can't figure this problem out , please help ,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with this and can understand how frustrating this must be for you.

My first suggestion would be to use the Vodafone Mobile connect software, which can be downloaded from our website
