Just bin my monthly contract.

All I wanted to do was change from my matured monthly 15.00/3gb to a pay as u go,
currently paid up to 31/3.

Despite strenous efforts I have been unable to do this.

Password not recognized, although I can view and pay my account.
Unable to talk via your Vf shop in house phone. "Due to increased demand etc"

Help-email site does not work. Message sent but error comes up.

Latest link from Vf to contact them does not work either.

Got the address of the Vf lair and will write instead. Less hassle and quicker too,
provided they have people there who can process my query.

I believe I have tried hard enough so will cancel the next and subsequent
direct debits and call it a day.

Thank you for providing me with a working link. Latest info from your c.s. is it cannot be done.
I can only switch from mobile b.b. monthly pay, into pay and go if it is into an ordinary telefon account.

So that is the end of the saga. I have given 30 days notice and when it expires I will look at other mobile b.b. options.
