I am trying to get my first mortgage but have been declined due to a diabolical credit score cause by supposed consistent missed payments from Vodafone. I haven't had a contract with them for 2 years and have called countless times and been told to go into the store as they couldn't access any account. After going into store they finally confirmed I owe them nothing but they couldn't work out why these payments are on my credit score. I have called multiple times and have experien querying this too but they are hitting the same brick walls that I am. Vodafone are STILL updating my credit score saying I owe this money and am defaulting. This is completely ruining my life at the moment causing so much stress and anxiety to my family as we are renting and the landlords are selling. I need my good credit score back but noone seems able to access this supposed account and clear it despite saying I owe nothing. Please help!
After reading through all these messages it seems this is something Vodafone do regularly!!
